Many of us who are already homeowners saw ridiculous values being bandied about in the past five or more years. We knew it wasn't real money. Still, I feel secure that the home I bought in 1998 in the University district was a good investment, not to mention a lovely home. Do you think pricing in this neighborhood is now out of line with actual value?
